Young Artists: Collage Studio (Ages 8–12)
Cut, layer, tear, and create in this imaginative mixed-media studio focused on the art of collage! Young artists will explore composition, texture, color, and storytelling while transforming paper into original works of art. Using techniques like ripping, snipping, layering, and gluing, students will learn how artists build dynamic images through shape and arrangement.

Throughout the class, artists will create their own animals, landscapes, and abstract compositions while experimenting with a variety of tools including scissors, hole punchers, and beginner-safe precision cutting techniques. Students will discover how layering papers, patterns, and textures can bring depth and personality to their artwork.

This playful and creative studio encourages experimentation, problem-solving, and self-expression while building confidence in artistic decision-making. Perfect for young artists who love hands-on creating and thinking outside the box!
